The Eye Brightener is a lightweight concealer to instantly brighten under-eye circles and refresh your look. Two new sheer and reflective shades of Brown’s Brightening Lip Gloss are also on offer to give the illusion of plumper lips, as are some new brow pencils, which she recommends using to give your eyes a “lift” with defined eyebrows.
